RERA-ready marketing · for builders, developers & property agents

One missing QR code can cost a penalty.

RERA authorities expect every advertisement — website, Instagram, Facebook and Google ads, brochures, hoardings and the board at your site — to carry the registration number, QR code and RERA link. We make your marketing RERA-ready and check every creative before it goes live.

  • Website project pages with the RERA block
  • Ad, post and brochure templates with QR built in
  • Site board designed to GujRERA’s order
  • Every new creative checked before it goes live

Where gaps happen

Your lawyer files with RERA. Nobody checks the ads.

RERA paperwork usually sits with a lawyer or consultant. The website, posts, ads, brochures and site board are made by a marketing team, an agency or a channel partner — often in a hurry, and often without the RERA details.

Social & paid ads

Instagram and Facebook posts, boosted reels and Google ads made quickly by teams or agencies.

Website & portals

Project pages and property-portal listings without the RERA block or with outdated details.

Agents & partners

Channel partners making their own creatives for your project, without the QR code.

Print & site

Brochures, standees, hoardings and the board at the project entrance.

Why us

We build property marketing — and keep it compliant.

We built and marketed a property-listing website for Dev Vivanta, with SEO and social media. We know how builder marketing is really made — and where the RERA details fall off.

Typical route

  • Lawyer handles registration, agency handles ads
  • QR code added to some creatives, not all
  • Agents make their own posts
  • Nobody looks again once an ad is live

Xuru RERA-Ready Marketing

How it works

From scattered creatives to RERA-ready marketing.

A complete process, set up in about a week per project.

01

Collect

You share the RERA certificate, QR code and registered project details. We never make our own QR code.

02

Fix the website

Each project page gets a clear RERA block: registration number, QR code and RERA link.

03

Templates

Post, ad, brochure and hoarding templates with the RERA details built in — plus a pack for partners.

04

Site board

A print-ready board to GujRERA’s specification, and guidance for the geo-tagged photos.

05

Watch

Each new creative checked before it goes live, and live ads and listings checked monthly.

Xuru is a marketing and technology partner, not a law firm or RERA consultant, and nothing on this page is legal advice. We do not file anything with RERA; registrations, quarterly updates and legal questions stay with your lawyer or consultant. Rules differ by state and may change — we start from Gujarat and Maharashtra requirements and check other states on request. No provider can guarantee that a project will never receive a notice or penalty.

Who needs this?

Builders and developers advertising RERA-registered projects, and property agents and channel partners who advertise them. Regulators have made clear that advertisements in every medium — including social media — must carry the RERA details.

Where does the QR code come from?

From your RERA registration — for example, the QR code on your registration certificate or the one generated on your state’s RERA portal. We only use the official code you give us; we never create our own.

Do you file anything with RERA?

No. Registrations, quarterly updates and other filings stay with your lawyer or RERA consultant. We handle the marketing side: website, creatives, templates, the site board design and checks.

Which states do you cover?

We start with Gujarat and Maharashtra. For other states, we check that state’s current advertising rules before quoting.

Can you check our agents’ and channel partners’ posts?

Yes. We give them an approved creative pack and, with Monthly Watch, check public posts and listings that use your project’s name.

Is this legal advice?

No. We are a marketing and technology partner. For legal questions about RERA, please speak to your lawyer or RERA consultant.
