Legal documents are reviewed by a partner lawyer; takedowns are decided by Google, hosts and the authorities; Form C must still be filed by your staff on the government portal within 24 hours — we set up the tools and routine and check that it happens. Can I buy just one part?
Yes. Scam protection and DPDP compliance (which includes the Form C routine) are also sold on their own. The bundle is simpler than buying them separately and adds email security and AI-search readiness.
Do you file Form C for us?
No — Form C must be filed by the hotel on the government portal within 24 hours of a foreign guest’s arrival. We set up the tools and a simple staff routine, and check every month that no guest was missed.
We don’t have a website. Can we still join?
Yes. We can build a simple official website for your hotel as part of the set-up (quoted separately), which also makes it much harder for scammers to impersonate you.
How long is the commitment?
The plan is monthly with 30 days’ notice. The set-up fee covers the first four weeks of work and is not refundable once that work has started.
Do you work with hotel associations?
Yes. Associations, hotel groups and dharamshala trusts with five or more properties get a combined per-property quote and one combined report.
