Refund Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-15
Xuru Technologies follows a no-refund policy for services once the service agreement has been accepted and the engagement confirmed. Before confirming an order, clients should carefully review the scope of work, deliverables, pricing, timelines, payment milestones, and applicable terms.
This policy is subject to any mandatory refund, cancellation, withdrawal, consumer protection, or other statutory rights that apply to your transaction. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Our approach
We scope every engagement in writing before it starts so that you know exactly what you are buying. Because confirmed services involve reserved time, planning and often third-party costs, they are generally non-refundable. This policy explains how that principle works and when a remedy — including a refund — may still be appropriate.
Advance payments and deposits
Advance payments and deposits for confirmed services are not automatically refundable merely because you change your mind, decide not to proceed, or no longer need the service. How a deposit is treated is stated in your Agreement and applied consistently with applicable law.
Services this policy covers
Where relevant, this policy applies to:
- website development;
- custom software and integrations;
- business consultancy;
- marketing and promotional work;
- AI agent implementation and workflow automation;
- hospitality and housing society solutions; and
- training, workshops and project programmes.
Cancellation, withdrawal and refund conditions may differ by service type, delivery stage and jurisdiction, and are set out in your Agreement.
If something isn’t right
Our no-refund policy is never used to deny a remedy you are legally entitled to. If a service has not been delivered as agreed, or a material issue is identified, tell us. We will assess it and, where appropriate, offer correction, completion, replacement, a proportionate price adjustment, or a refund, as required by the Agreement and applicable law.
Third-party expenses
Domain registrations, hosting, external subscriptions, advertising spend, software licences, AI API usage and other third-party charges may be non-refundable under the provider’s own terms. We will tell you about any such restriction before you commit to the expense. This does not override any mandatory legal right you have.
How to request a refund review
Email info@xurutechnologies.com with the subject “Refund request” and include:
- client name;
- registered email address;
- invoice or project reference;
- the service purchased;
- payment date;
- the reason for your request; and
- any relevant supporting information.
How we assess requests
We will acknowledge your request and assess it against your Agreement and applicable law. We will explain our decision in writing. If a refund is legally or contractually due, we will confirm the amount, the payment method and the processing timeline. Every request is considered on its merits.
