Privacy Policy
Effective date: 15 October 2026 · Last updated: 16 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-16
This policy explains how Xuru Technologies Private Limited collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal information when you use xurutechnologies.com, contact us, or use our services and programmes.
Who we are
Xuru Technologies Private Limited (“Xuru”, “we”) is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Registered office: A/57 Dream Luxuria Soc., Bardoli-Mahuva Road, Bardoli, Surat, Gujarat 394620, India. Contact: info@xurutechnologies.com · +91 87992 91881.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- name and contact details (email, phone or WhatsApp number, country);
- business and billing information;
- project requirements and correspondence;
- enquiry, consultation and registration form submissions;
- student registration and training information;
- payment status and transaction references (we do not collect or store full payment card details — payments are handled by the payment provider);
- basic technical information such as IP address and browser type, processed when you load our website; and
- information supplied to authorised AI tools where this is necessary to provide an agreed service.
How we use it
- to respond to enquiries and registrations;
- to prepare proposals and deliver services;
- to process invoices and payments;
- to manage our client relationships;
- to deliver student training and projects;
- to provide agreed AI and automation services;
- to keep our website and systems secure and prevent abuse;
- to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations; and
- to send marketing communications, only where you have agreed or the law otherwise permits.
Our legal bases
Depending on the laws that apply to you, we rely on: contract (to take steps you request and deliver services), legitimate interests (to run and secure our business, in ways you would reasonably expect), legal obligation (for tax, accounting and regulatory requirements) and consent (for optional uses such as marketing). Where Indian law applies, we process personal data for the purposes you provide it for and, where required, with your consent.
Accepting our Terms and Conditions is not treated as consent to marketing or other optional uses. Marketing consent is requested separately with an unticked checkbox, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Website forms and messaging
When you submit a form on our website, the information you enter, together with the page address, time of submission and your policy acceptance, is:
- saved in our website’s administration area (WordPress, on our hosting provider’s servers), where only our team can see it;
- recorded in our customer relationship system, HubSpot, so we can reply and track your enquiry; and
- sent to info@xurutechnologies.com through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-delivery service.
The self-check tools on our service pages (such as the accessibility and scam-risk checks) work in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us unless you choose to send them with an enquiry. If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy.
Sharing and service providers
We share personal information only where necessary, with appropriate safeguards, and with:
- hosting and cloud infrastructure providers;
- form-delivery, email and communication providers (including FormSubmit and WhatsApp);
- Google Fonts, which delivers the typefaces used on our website (your browser connects to Google’s servers to load them);
- payment processors;
- CRM and productivity platforms;
- analytics providers, if we introduce analytics in future (see Cookies);
- AI model and automation providers, where needed for an agreed service; and
- professional advisers, and authorities where we are legally required to disclose information.
We do not sell your personal information.
AI and automated processing
Where an agreed service uses AI tools, personal or business information may be processed by those tools to perform the agreed tasks. We tell clients about relevant AI processing, and sensitive or confidential information is not sent to external AI services without appropriate authorisation, safeguards and contractual arrangements.
Where AI supports decisions that matter, we design for meaningful human review, correction and escalation. We do not claim that AI systems are always accurate, or that providers never retain data or use it for model improvement, unless this has been verified for the specific configuration used. See our AI Services & Data Usage Notice.
International transfers
Because we serve clients worldwide and use international service providers, your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where the law requires, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as contractual commitments from providers.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, and for any longer period required by contract, tax, accounting or other legal obligations. Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
Security
We use measures appropriate to our size and the information involved, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to our website, access limited to people who need it, and account security on the services we use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim certifications we have not obtained.
Your rights
Subject to legal exceptions, and depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct or update it;
- delete it;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive a copy in a portable format;
- withdraw consent you have given (this does not affect processing before withdrawal); and
- nominate another person to exercise your rights, where Indian law allows.
To make a request or raise a concern, email info@xurutechnologies.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. If you are in India and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you are elsewhere, you may complain to the data-protection authority where you live.
Cookies
Our website currently uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work (for example, cookies WordPress sets for logged-in administrators). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If we introduce non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and, where the law requires, ask for your consent before they are set.
Marketing
We send marketing emails only if you opt in or where the law otherwise allows. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also email us to stop them at any time.
Children and students
We collect only the student information needed to run projects and training. Where a participant is under 18, we require verifiable consent from a parent or guardian and apply appropriate safeguarding procedures as required by law.
