No — and you never should, to anyone. We work with you on a screen-share call: you stay logged in and make the changes while we guide you. Where it helps, we can be added as a limited partner or manager, never as owner, and you can remove us at any time.
Can you guarantee you’ll recover my hacked account?
No one honestly can. Meta, Google and domain registrars make the final decision. We prepare the evidence, use the official recovery and appeal routes, and follow up until there is a decision. That is why prevention is the main part of this service.
