We don’t have the logins. Can you still help?
Usually. We help you prove ownership and recover access through your domain registrar and hosting provider’s official processes. Our Account Lockout Protection service covers the same steps for social and Google accounts.
My site has been hacked. What happens?
We take a backup for evidence, remove malware, backdoors and spam pages, reset passwords and keys, update everything, and ask Google to review the site so warnings are removed. Then we close the hole that let the attacker in.
Should I fix my old site or build a new one?
We tell you honestly after the first look. If the site is built on abandoned tools or would cost more to repair than to rebuild, we will say so and give you a fixed quote for both.
Which platforms do you support?
WordPress fully. For Wix, Squarespace and Shopify we review access, settings, apps and security and fix what the platform allows.
Can you guarantee my site won’t be hacked again?
